WORK FOR GOOD
Work For Good helps businesses raise money for charities by taking care of the legalities allowing businesses to fundraise through your sales sustainably.
To mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, I designed a celebratory mug and tea bag tidy and created Purple Editions of my best selling tea bag tidy designs to raise money for the British Red Cross.
So far these items have raised £59.60 for the British Red Cross.
(20% of Platinum Jubilee Mug, Platinum Jubilee Tea Bag Tidy, Purple Editions of Tea Bag Tidies - 5 designs will be donated to British Red Cross via Work for Good.)
I also updated the Street Party mug I designed for the Ridgdale Street Diamond Jubilee Street Party in 2012. Being a community event I wanted the design to support a local charity.
Work For Good works with many charities and if you can’t find the charity you want to support you can nominate them to join Work For Good. After some research I found FoodCycle which happens to have branch 10 minutes away from our Street. FoodCycle take surplus food and volunteers make nutritious community meals to help tackle the issues of social isolation.
So far these items have raised £355.75 for FoodCycle.
(50% of Ridgdale Street Platinum Jubilee Street Party Mug will be donated to FoodCycle via Work for Good.)
